This practice is a one woman show.

I am not a high throughput clinic with assistants and back office staff taking care of all the loose ends. I am not high polish. It's just me.

I offer Naturopathic Medicine Consultation and I also offer hands-on Cranial Sacral and Reiki Therapy. These two offerings combine remarkably well, as each has a complementary role.

The Naturopathic Medicine Consultation is the strategy session. In this visit we talk about…

… symptoms, medical history, food, stress, sleep, and anything in your life affecting your health.

… lab tests, diet recommendations, stress management and supplements.

… biochemistry of the body, organ function, and anatomy/physiology.

… goals, obstacles and practical/pragmatic plans for execution.

In a Cranial Sacral and Reiki Therapy Session…

…you get to relax.

… you get to release your stress and tune into your body.

… we get to “walk the talk” together rather than just talking and making plans about it.

… you get to to be taken care of.

I offer these services separately or in combination packages. In my experience, best results are achieved when both approaches are used due to their complementary nature.
